Can you join OldeWorlds Mailing List?
Yes, simply go to our Newsletter page and enter your details.
Be informed of up and coming promotions and new releases.

Does OldeWorld have a Bridal/Gift Registry?
Yes, they can be set up on request so your guests can contribute to something that’s perfect for you!

Can the Online Store hold an item for me?
Yes we are able to but please contact us promptly. We will require at 25% deposit.

How long will I wait for my delivery?
Deliveries take 5-10 working days. XMAS time will vary depending on location and truck schedules.

How long will I wait for overseas delivery?
Depending on what you order some items will have to be ordered from our suppliers.
12-16 weeks is standard to NZ port. Then 2 week turn around to your premises.

Will my goods be insured?
All items here in New Zealand & ordered from overseas are fully insured.

What Payment Methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Cash, Credit Card, Direct Debit. Also online payments through our shopping cart system using Paypal. Paypal is a secure gateway for online payments using your Paypal account or any of the major credit cards.
For Direct Debit payments, please send us an email and we wil send you an invoice that includes our bank details.

What currency is shown on the website?
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.

Can I Layby an item?
Yes! A minumum of 25% deposit. 4 months to pay remainder without additional charges.
(NON-REFUNDABLE)

Why has the price of a product changed?
Events beyond our control and currency fluctuations can occur which can effect our end price.

Do the lamps reach NZ standards?
Yes, they conform to & have NZ plugs.

 

Where is OldeWorld Interior Showroom?
We currently have a premises being constructed on Manchester St CHCH. Opening mid 2017.
Email or call us for your closest store outlet.

Will OldeWorld sell/rent or disclose my information to other companies?
No. Your information will not be disclosed to third parties except with freight/delivery arrangements.

 

What if I don’t want to use the shopping cart system on your website?
No problem, if you prefer other options to purchase, please contact us.
We will contact you within 72 hours to confirm that the item you have ordered is in stock and ready to be shipped. We will also confirm the total cost of your order including delivery.

What are the shipping costs within New Zealand?
It all depends on the size of the product ordered and your delivery location. Click on “add to cart” to view shipping costs. Note commercial premises receive greater discount.

Would you ship products outside of New Zealand?
Because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to NZ dollars at the exchange rate it is purchased.

Will my products deteriorate?
Please be aware that timber will twist over time. Please check humidity and temperate flucuations. We use Miro Wax to help preserve our pieces timeless characteristics.

What if I want to return my goods?
All items are supplied in accordance with the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act (1993). We may repair, replace or refund any product in accordance with the Act if that product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the standards imposed by the Act. You are required to make contact with us as soon as possible.

Can the Online Store hold an item for me?
